International shoppers
If you arrange shipment outside Canada, you accept local customs decisions, any prohibition on specific supplement ingredients, and currency or banking charges we do not control. Cooling-off math and refund timelines below presume fulfillment initiated from Ontario unless checkout states otherwise.
Cooling-off eligibility
Consumers who purchase remotely may cancel within fourteen days of receiving the goods provided the seal is intact and the product qualifies as returnable under sanitary rules for sealed food supplements.
Opened or used items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock opened ingestible products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
How to start a return
Use the mailbox identifiers in the footer (plain text). Include your order reference, reason for the request, and whether you seek refund or exchange. We reply within three business days with instructions and, when applicable, a return merchandise authorization number.
Shipping costs
When you cancel within the cooling-off period and the product is still sealed, we refund the product price and standard outbound shipping. Return postage is your responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or the goods arrived defective.
Refund timing
Approved refunds post to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the return or, for cancellations before dispatch, within five business days of confirmation.
Non-returnable situations
We may refuse returns tied to suspected tampering, missing batch codes, or requests outside the published windows. Chargeback abuse may lead to account restrictions.
Statutory rights
This policy does not replace non-waivable consumer protections in your province, territory, or country. Where local law offers stronger remedies, those remedies apply.
